Judith Finley

Founder of Movement Nutrition Yoga (MNY)

As a former corporate professional in the financial sector in London and Singapore and a mother of two children,  Judith found her practice of integrating movement, yoga and nutrition helpful in managing and growing in her life. From here, she retrained to be a primary teacher where she shared her love and knowledge of yoga and mindfulness with her students and fellow teachers.

Judith takes pride and great enjoyment in teaching her classes and workshops that not only focus on the techniques, but also on developing one’s awareness of their mind, body and heart. She encourages her students to take time to connect with themselves through their practise and notice the connections between their practise and life.

Judith is now based in Kent near Maidstone.

Her sessions are filled with light-heartedness and empathy where she encourages her participants to find their unique strengths and to express themselves through movements, interaction and mindful thinking. As an advocate for lifelong self-development, she integrates her knowledge and experiences into her practice and teachings.

Due to her quality attention and positive regard for all her students she creates a safe space for her students to connect and to know one another deeper during the sessions. This is something which her students love about her classes.

Her dedication in bringing the benefits she has seen for herself through mindful movement, nutrition and yoga practise led led her to complete various trainings. With New Angle Yoga, she completed her 200 hour registered Yoga Alliance teacher training programme specialising in Power Vinyasa. She has also completed her Baptiste Certified Level 1100 hours. Furthermore, she has qualifications in Children Yoga training with the Yoga Alliance.

Judith has Graduate Diplomas in Positive Psychology and Counselling and has completed various Mindfulness training programmes.
